De jeugdwerkloosheid is in de loop van de tijd gedaald maar is nog steeds hoog in de EU. Het is noodzakelijk om een positieve dynamiek te creëren om jongeren te motiveren de mogelijkheden van ondernemend gedrag, werkvaardigheden en proactieve houding te leren. SWIRL (Student Work Experience In Real Life) wil dit bereiken.

Het doel van het project is het ontwikkelen van leermethoden en -inhoud voor studenten die vaardigheden verwerven voor hun werkzame leven. Studenten zullen pedagogische en digitale hulpmiddelen gebruiken om hen te helpen deze vaardigheden te leren.

Het effect is dat SWIRL een persoonlijk informatienetwerk wordt voor jongeren op de werkplek. Dit type netwerk heeft als een initiatief om de inzetbaarheid van studenten te vergroten.

The youth unemployment rate has decreased over time, but it is still high in the EU. It is necessary to use a positive dynamic to motivate young people to learn the possibilities of entrepreneurial behavior, work skills and proactive attitude. SWIRL (Student Work Experience In Real Life) wants to achieve this.

The objective of the project is to develop learning teaching methods and contents for students who acquire skills for their working life. Students will use pedagogical and digital tools to help them learn these skills.

The impact is that SWIRL becomes a personal information network for young people in the workplace. This type of network has as an initiative to increase employability in students.
